Hello,

The error shows that our product dlls are not registered in the system. You can register them by running the Installv[.NETFramework].bat file present along with our dlls.

Make sure that you are running this batch file or the command to register dll using the Administrator command prompt. You may have to right click on the command prompt exe file and select Run As Administrator. Also is it 32bit or 64bit OS?

The error message shows that the product is not registered in your system. Can you please try reinstalling the product and see if it solves the issue? Please try running the vbscript examples downloaded along with the product download. If you are able to run the vbscript then it means the product is registered.

If it is not registered then please follow below steps to register the dll.

1. Install the product using the installer downloaded from our website.
2. Run command prompt as an administrator by right clicking the command prompt.
3. Navigate to the product dll files present in the Bin folder of the product installation.
4. Register the dll in your system by running the Installv2.0.50727.bat file through the opened command prompt.

I have the same problem. I already run the batch file [Installv2.0.50727] in bin folder, but still not working. OS for the server is Windows server 2008 Enterprise edition. Previously we are using dynamicPDF version 2.6 and now we are testing using DynamicPDF for COM/ActiveX version 5.0 (build 13328) but both version display error messages "ActiveX component can't create object".

Please help.

Can you please try running the vbscript examples and see if you are able to run them? If you are getting error then please follow the below steps.

1. Uninstall our product you have in your system.
2. Install the product using the installer downloaded from our website.
3. Run command prompt as an administrator by right clicking the command prompt.
4. Navigate to the product dll files present in the Bin folder of the product installation.
5. Register the dll in your system by running the Installv2.0.50727.bat file through the opened command prompt.

This should register the dll in the system and then try running the vbscript examples again.
