Hello,

Please try the following steps and email the results along with the link to this forum post to support@cete.com so we can investigate further.

1. If you have installed the x64 Converter service manually, uninstall it manually.
2. Uninstall the Converter completely from Add Remove Programs and restart the server.
3. Reinstall the Converter using the x64 insatller provided. This will install the x86 service by default.
4. Enable logging as per the instructions provided below.
5. Perform a word document conversion.
6. If the conversion is not succesful, check the Windows event log for any Converter releated errors.
7. Email us the event log errors(if any present) along with the Converter log files.

Steps to enable logging:
1. Open the ceTe.DynamicPDF.Converter.Service.exe.config file located at C:\Program Files\ceTe Software\DynamicPDF Converter v1.0.1 for .NET\Service\.
2. Edit the enableLogging property and set to "true"
     <ceTe.dynamicPdf.conversion tempFilesPath="%WINDIR%\TEMP" conversionsPerProcess="1000" printHtmlBackgroundColorAndImage="true" enableLogging="true" />
3. Re-start the DynamicPDF Converter service from Administrative Tools --> Services
4. After you have tried conversions, the log files will be created under %windir%\temp. DynamicPDFConverter.log will be generated for general logging and DynamicPDFConverterONLOGERROR.log will be   created if there are errors.

DynamicPDF Converter printer will not respond when printing is done directly from MS Word or other applicaitons. This is expected behaviour as this kind of usage is not supported by DynamicPDF Converter printer.

Thanks,
