Convert RTF files to PDF without Windows service

Currently we use the Dynamic PDF merger.
Now we are planning to use the .Net Pdf converter Rtf to Pdf. I noticed that the example needed for a Windows service to be install and running to be able to convert the files. Is there an option to convert without having a Windows service.

Converter’s windows service is an integral part of the product and it is required. It is not possible to convert any files using Converter without installing the windows service.
