after upgrading from 8x to 9x, error Unable to load DLL 'MSVCR110.dll'

I just upgraded our web solution to DynamicPDF Merger v9.0 for .NET Enterprise Server .  When I ran a test page that worked under v8, I immediately get hit with the following error:

Unable to load DLL 'MSVCR110.dll': The specified module could not be found.

I updated the DLLs and the license key on our dev web server.  Is there a dependency here that needs to be included?  Can you provide any suggestions as to how to fix this?

Can you please send over the following details to support@cete.com so we can look into it further?

1.        Sample project or code sample which uses static data to the create the error.
2.        Version of Visual Studio used to create the application.
3.        Exact .NET Framework which your application is targeting.
4.        Exact version and build number of the v8 and v9 DynamicPDF DLL files. You can get this information in DLL references properties (Version and Description fields) in Visual Studio.
5.        Full error message along with the stack trace.
