DynamicPDF Generator for .NET (v3.x and older) Forum

One of our client (using SCALE 2015) started to face issue where none of the printers are printing the SSRS documents. When i verified i am seeing below error in audit log and status of the SSRS printing request as 'error'. Version of DynamicPDF dll is 2.0.2.27188

Any idea on this will be helpful.

 Below is the environment details

Operating System : Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard

Printer : Xerox Phaser 3330 PCL6

Driver : Xerox Phase 3330 PCL6 version 5496.400.0.0

Hello Vijay,

Please try using the latest v4 DynamicPDF PrintManager product on your end and see it works for you. You can download the latest DynamicPDF PrintManager product from nuget org (id “ceTe.DynamicPDF.Printing.NET”) or our website here.

If you continue getting the error then please send over the following information to support@dynamicpdf.com  so we can look into it further?

1.        Code sample or console application which uses static data to recreate the error.
2.        Full stack trace of the error message along with stack trace.
3.        Try printing to some other printer and see it works for you.
4.        Are you getting error while printing to a specific printer? If so printer details: Name, printer driver version and a link to download the printer driver.
