Hello,

The numbers [4:0:s1:v7.0] on the watermarked PDF indicate that the license key being used is not applicable for the machine the application is currently running on. The license key generated is specific to the machine it is generated for and will only remove the watermark when the application is run on that machine.

The Server based licensing is dependent on the server‘s computer name. If you have moved the application to a new server then please make sure to create a new license key using the computer name of the new server and add it to the application. Below are the steps to create new license key.

1.Login to the CustomerArea using the product serial number.
2.Accept the licensing terms and conditions and click on Next button.
3.In the “New Computer Name” text box, enter the computer name of your new server and select the appropriate “Computer Type” and click on “Create License Key”.
4.The new license key with appropriate instructions on how to apply the license key will be displayed.

Thanks,
