Anything posted to the User Support Forums will be publicly viewable. Your IP address is automatically captured with each post, but will not be displayed.

Any personal information can be modified by logging into the Customer Area of our site, www.dynamicpdf.com/customerarea, using your product serial number and locating the "Edit Registration" button.

We do not offer refunds on Electronic Software Delivery or CD-ROM versions of our software. We have made available evaluation versions of all of our software, and we strongly encourage you to take advantage of them to make sure that they meet your use and performance requirements prior to purchasing.

In the event that your software is delivered on damaged or defective media, ceTe Software will send replacement media.

All software sold by ceTe Software is delivered AS IS and ceTe Software makes no warranty as to its use or performance. Chargebacks to credit cards or stop payments on checks as a means to "return" software will be construed as fraud and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Additionally, non-payment of duly issued invoices based upon a customer purchase order will be collected upon using all means possible.
