Stop PDF from Prompting for Save

The developer before me made a C# page that creates a PDF.  The PDF opens in Adobe.  When I close his PDF, Adobe just closes without a prompt to save.

I made a similar page that creates a PDF but my PDF asks the user to save the PDF.  As far as I can tell, my code is the same as my predecessor's.

Can anyone tell me how to prevent a PDF from prompting the user to save the PDF?
