Hello,

Yes, you can convert the web pages into PDF documents by using our Converter product. Whatever you see in the print preview of the web page in IE will be converted to PDF. What exact requirement do you have with the header, footer and URLs? Are you trying to stop these sections from the web page not to come on PDF?

It is not possible to stop any section/part of the page from getting converted if it comes in the print preview. You can also convert the HTML text to PDF. So you can use the HTML also.

Thanks,

Thanks for your quick response. The requirement is that we have our home grown web application and we want the user to have an option to print the body portion of the html alone and not the other header and footer stuffs. Also is we do "print preview", it brings the webpage's url at the bottom of the page. That should be hidden. Is it possible to meet this requirement with DynamicPDF Converter?

Hello,

The URL of the page will not come in the PDF document when converting.

It is not possible to convert a specific part of the web page when giving the page URL. Our product converts the whole page. You can use the HTML string also to convert. So you can pass the HTML text of the body or header etc to the converter to convert that specific part.
