I am evaluating the .NET PDF Conversion Library.
But when I run the sample project it is trying to convert the .rtf/.docx/.xlsx file but never return from that method.
I am trying to convert 4-page document but it is not working.
Do I require to apply for a licence or do any additional settings?

Hello,

The DynamicPDF Converter for .NET product uses locally installed MS Office to convert supported MS Office file types to PDF. Please make sure to have the supported MS Office software installed on the  system where in the conversions are running. You can refer to the documentation on operating system requirements and limitations here.

Thanks,
ceTe Software Support Team.

MS office 2016 installed on the system where I am trying to convert the file, but the method never returns from the conversation.
Please advise if I am missing anything.

Hello,

Converter does not support 64-bit MS Office 2016. So, please make sure that you have MS Office 2016 32-bit edition installed.

If the issue continues even when using 32-bit Office, then please send over the following details to support@dynamicpdf.com so we can look into it further.

1.        Couple of documents that you are trying to convert.
2.        Code sample which uses static data to recreate the behavior.
3.        Are u seeing this behavior with some specific files or with all MS Office documents?
4.        Are you able to convert simple text(.txt) and image file (JPEG, PNG) files to PDF? If you have not tried, please try converting simple text file and image file and let us know the results.
5.        OS details where in the conversions are running: Name, x86 or x64.
6.        Screenshot showing the version of MS Office software installed on the machine.
7.        Exact version and build number of the DynamicPDF Converter product DLL file referenced in the application. You can get this information in DLL references properties (Version and Description fields) in Visual Studio.

Thanks,
ceTe Software Support Team.
