Size Limitations for PDF Files?

We're using version 1.0 of the Dynamic PDF converter in a health environment where we can sometimes produce files of over 4000 pages.  Are there any limitations to the usages of this converter?

We've seen success at 400 and 500 page levels, but even that is sporadic.

In the healthcare arena, we  obviously need to make sure all the patient data is accounted for - and these issues are holding us back a bit.

Does anyone know of a limitation in the size of the output file for the PDF converter?

We have done some testing on this by converting documents with several thousand pages and we were able to convert them to PDF without any issues. So far we were able to generate output PDFs of over 500 MB in size. We are doing some further testing to determine the output file size limit. Meanwhile please send over the following info to support@cete.com so we can do some testing with the actual files that are causing issues during conversion.

1.Sample input documents
2.Code used to convert these documents to PDF. 
3.Exception messages if any while converting these documents.
4.Version & build number of DynamicPDF Converter being used.
5.Operating system configuration.

Sample images are 16 MB, so it's probably being blocked.  Do you have an FTP site where I can put that file?
