DynamicPDF Converter for .NET (v3) Forum

We have just realized our DynamicPDF Converter print queues are full of old documents that were "printed" (i.e. converted to PDF).  We see 100+ documents going back to mid November 2020 on two different production servers.  We know that in Nov 2020 we installed Windows Server 2016 Cumulative Updates, Office 2016 Updates & Security Updates, and a .NET Framework 4.8 Cumulative Update.  These were all released in the month of November (we patch our servers every month). 

In addition we see the oldest document in the queue shows a status of 'Error - Printing' and a  Each document has the same properties "DynamicPDF Converter Port"
Document Name = Print Document
Owner = SYSYTEM
Pages = between 1 and 8
Size = <blank>
Submitted = Date/Time document was printed
Port = <blank>

Any ideas if the Nov 2020 Windows, .NET or Office 2016 updates are to blame?  The timing says they are.  Any idea how to resolve?  Its too late to roll those back at this point.

We looked into the information you posted, and a similar issue has been fixed in our version 1.0.0.20188. Also, the print driver and spooling were removed in v2 and v3. WE recommend updating to the latest version (v3.09) to see if it resolves the issue for you.
