Can't uninstall Trial

Hi there,

some time ago, we installed version 5.0.2 build 11592. Now we've decided to purchase your product and i went to test your new trial Core Version (DynamicPDF511forNETBuild13223.msi).

It seems that i can't install it without uninstalling 5.0.2.
(My operating system is Vista Ultimate (32 bit).)

When I run the uninstall program, I get a message "Error 1101. Error reading file...."

Is there a way to delete some registry keys, or anything else?

I hope you can help me to solve this issue.

Hello,

You can install a Microsoft Utility called "Windows Installer CleanUp Utility" that allows you to completely remove the registry entries and then manually go to the File location and delete them manually.
