Hello,

Please try using the latest build of version 7 to see if it resolves the issue. You can download the latest build by logging into our CustomerArea using your version 7 serial number. Remove the reference for the older DLL and reference the latest in your application.

If you continue having an issue, please send over the following information to support@dynamicpdf.com so we can look into it further.

1.        Code sample or a simple console application which uses static data to recreate the error.
2.        Font files used in your application.
3.        Exact version and build number of the DynamicPDF DLL file used in the application. You can get this information by right clicking on the DLL file>>Properties>>Details tab>>Product version. Take a screenshot of Details tab and send it over to us.

Please include a link for the this forum in your email.

Thanks,
