- install the patch of Microsoft (KB)
- add the read permission to the IUSR to the registry key HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-20\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones

What can I do?

Are you able to run any VBScript example downloaded with the product? Are you using Windows Server 2003 on a 64 bit machine? What patch from Microsoft did you install? What version of .NET framework do you have installed?
