View file hyperlinks in a pdf that was created from crystal reports

I have created a pdf file from a crystal report that contained hypelinks that point to files on the server. The problem is that the hyperlinks on the pdf file were not created, they appear as regular text and not a link, and I cannot click them in order to open the files.
I created the Links in the original crystal report by setting the link on the formula editor, and the links work fine in the crystal report, but not in the pdf.
I'll just note that when the link is pointing to a website, and I convert the crytal report to pdf, the link works fine in the pdf file also.

It is not possible to preserve the annotations when merging the PDF document using the v3.0 of our product. This is the reason for not getting the link after merging the PDF document.

We have this feature in our v4.0 and later products. So you will have to use the v4.0 or later in order to preserve the annotations when merging.
