Error: Print Job Watcher could not be started

Hi,

I am evaluating this product and cannot seem to get it run.  I am just trying to do a simple print, using the Printer.default.  When instantiating the PrintJob object to a new object i get the error:

"Print Job Watcher could not be started."

What else do I need to do?

OS:  Windows XP
Dev: Visual Studio 2010
DLL: ceTe.DynamicPDF.Printing.20.x86
Any other info needed to be helpful?

A possible scenario when this error might happen is if the installed printer to which the print job is being sent is disconnected from the network.
