DynamicPDF PrintManager for .NET (v1) Forum

I have a production server that has PrintManager software installed, and registered this server as our 1 production server to obtain our license key.

I am using a vb.net windows service on this server to print a list of pdf files to a network printer. I am using the Printjob.addlicense() method with the license key of the production server.

When the .pdf files are printed using the production key, they still show the watermark. Am I missing a step for the production license? If I try a dev license on the same server it works perfectly.

Hello,

Server based licensing is dependent on the server's computer name. You will need to make sure that you are generating the license key for your production server by entering the correct computer name and use this generated license key in your application which is deployed on the production server.

You can generate license key for your production server by logging into our CustomerArea   using your product serial number.

Please do not share any of your product information like serial number, license key on our public forums. You can also contact our Support team for any technical and licensing issues with our DynamicPDF products.

Thanks,
ceTe Software Support Team.
