PDF Viewer security

Can you provide some general recommendations or best practices for working with DynamicPDF Viewer to minimize the risks of compromising the security (e.g. executing the malicious software) the viewer through the use of PDF format/file or other vulnerabilities?

Hello,

You can encrypt the PDF documents that you will be opening using the Viewer control and then pass the password for the encrypted PDFs to the OpenFile method when opening the PDF document. There are no specific recommendations to follow for security reasons.
