Getting name of pdf field

We have a Pdf fillable form where some fields are named as follows: Dispute.Briefly_explain, Dispute.BrieflyExplainContact, Dispute.ContactMerchant, etc.  We are unable to obtain the full field name using the name or fullname property and can only retrieve the 'Dispute' portion of the name.  By this, we are unable to set the values on the pdf because the name is not returned. 

Is there a solution for this?

1.        Source/input PDF.
2.        Code sample.
3.        Exact version and build number of the DynamicPDF DLL file. You can get this information in DLL references properties (Version and Description fields) in Visual Studio.
