Using a azure app service

Is it possible to deploy the converter as a azure app service?
In such environment you do not have access to the operating system and cannot install ms office.

Unfortunately it is not. Converter requires a full Windows server OS and MS Office. Here is a link to the requirements:

I posted a new question on this topic (since this one was a little old), but it appears to be lost in moderation.  Same question, but with a 2025 context.  Can we use ceTe.DynamicPDF.HtmlToPDFResources as a reference to export PDF files when running on an Azure App Service?
