Open specific bookmark

Hi Team,

I have a document with multiple bookmark and pages.  I need to set initial focus to a particular bookmark and the related page.

For ex: When user opens document, page 10 will be the initial page, and I am able to achieve this using InitialPage property. But problem is that, the corresponding bookmark is not getting focus. How can I set the bookmark focus.

Hi Rob,

You can open the PDF with specific page by setting InitialPage property, but our API does not support setting focus on a corresponding bookmark. Opening a PDF is completely dependent on the Viewer/Reader.

InitialPage property seems to be working only while open using Adobe Acrobat. When open directly in browser like Chrome/Edge or FF, document always open at first page.

Hello Rob,

We do set the ViewerPreferences as per Adobes PDF specifications, however, it is left to the viewer to honor these settings.
