Upgrading from v8.x to 10.x

Hi.  We are looking to upgrade from v8.x to the latest 10.x.  Is there documentation on exactly the steps that need to be done in order to upgrade (i.e. what and how to remove old stuff, what and how to include new stuff, etc.)?

You can upgrade from v8 to v10 by logging into our CustomerArea using your version 8 serial  number.

You find a list of new features and bug fixes for our versions here. We try to make our versions as backwards compatible as possible, but any code changes will be mentioned in the Compatibility sections if there are any.

Where do I find the serial number?  I have the license key.  But when I tried to log in using that, it gave me an error saying I needed to use the serial number instead of the license key.  What I'm ultimately looking for is someone to show me exactly what files I need in order to upgrade from 8.x to 10.x, and the steps that are needed in order to do the actual upgrade itself.  Is that something I can call into your customer service number to get help with?
