Where do I find the serial number? I have the license key. But when I tried to log in using that, it gave me an error saying I needed to use the serial number instead of the license key. What I'm ultimately looking for is someone to show me exactly what files I need in order to upgrade from 8.x to 10.x, and the steps that are needed in order to do the actual upgrade itself. Is that something I can call into your customer service number to get help with?
