DynamicPDF CoreSuite for .NET (v12) Forum

Hello,

We currently have an active DynamicPDF for .NET Professional subscription, and are looking to update our app to use the latest v12.4 ceTe.DynamicPDF.CoreSuite.NET NuGet package. I've updated the web.config file to use the new license key and deployed our app to our test environment, but I am still seeing a watermark.

I clicked the "learn more" link and it's saying we need one of the following products:

An active DynamicPDF Ultimate Subscription
An active DynamicPDF Professional or Professional Plus Subscription with DynamicPDF Core Suite selected
A DynamicPDF Core Suite for .NET v11.X Full Developer License

I'm wondering why it's mentioning a v11.X developer license. Apparently something in my app is still configured to use the v11 package? I tried deleting the v11 DLL from our test environment and I am still seeing the watermark.

Under our subscription, it's saying our v12 product version is active. Any ideas?

Hi Ben,

Please send the following information to ssupport@dynamicpdf.com so we can look into it further.

1. Exact watermark numbers [xx:xx:xx:xx] displayed on the PDF page along with evaluation text or the output PDF having watermark on it.
2. License key added to the application.
3. Exact version and build number of the DynamicPDF Core Suite product used in your application. You can find this information by right clicking on the Core Suite DLL file>>Properties>>Details tab>>Product version. Take a screenshot of the Details tab and send it over to us.

Thanks,
