DynamicPDF CoreSuite for .NET (v12) Forum

Hi,

I am trying to design a PDF which contains multiple levels of sub reports using DynamicPDF designer studio. I noticed that I need to provide a sample JSON object structure in order to design the report.

However in my use case, I am getting data from an SP which return all the data with a grouped key as a column in it. I need to bind this dataset to the report and generate the sub reports.

Is there a way in DLEX on achieving this?

Appreciate any help,
Zehan

Hi,

You can generate PDF reports using data from a database. You will need to use the ReportDataRequired event of the DocumentLayput object and set the required DataTable to the report or sub report.

If you continue facing an issue, then please send an email to support@dynamicpdf.com so that they can provide you with a simple example on it.

Please include a link for this forum in your email to support.

Thanks,
