Are you using the DynamicPDF Rasterizer product to convert the PDF to TIFF? If that's the case, please send the full stack trace of the exception and the input PDF file that caused the exception along with the code snippet that you are using to our Support Team. The above information will help the support team trouble shoot the issue you are experiencing.
