Hello,
This message shows that the dlls are not registered in your system. Please try registering the dlls in your system and see, it should work. We do have customers using Delphi without any problem.
You can register the dlls using the RegAsm command or by using the batch files located in the Bin folder of the installation path. You will have to use the batch file named Installv[.net framework version].dat file.
You can check by running the vb script examples downloaded with the product download to see whether the dll is registered or not.
