PrintManager Problem

Hello.

I have a license for DynamicPDF PrintManager v3.0 and print the pdf file using the library.
But sometimes there are files that can not be output.
When you print from Adobe, it prints normally, but when you use DynamicPDF, it does not print.
I was using version 3.0.0 previously, and I updated to 3.0.1 this time, but it does not print.

I do not see the ability to attach files to forum bulletin boards.
If necessary, I can pass the file used for testing.

Can you please send over the following details to support@cete.com so we can look into it further?

1.        Code sample or console application which uses static data to recreate the behaviour.
2.        Input/Source PDFs.
3.        Exact version and build number of the DynamicPDF DLL file used in the application. You can get this information in DLL references properties (Version field) in Visual Studio.
4.        More details on what exactly you mean by “it does not print” (Are you getting error or application hangs?). If you are getting error then full error message along with stack trace.
