DrawToMultiPageTiff output to stream or byte array instead of file

Do you have support for this?

We also need stream based loading of PDFs instead of a physical file.  This would be for the PDFRasterizer constructor.

Nevermind on the stream based input, we now see how the InputPdf class allows for stream.
