Change background color of particular text in pdf

Is it possible to change the background color of a particular text in dynamic pdf?

If you are creating a PDF from scratch, then you can achieve your requirements by adding a Rectangle filled with the color before (or behind) the text. Please refer to the documentation on Rectangle here and TextArea here.
