Annoying watermark on pdf's

Why am I all of a sudden, getting these "Dynamic PDF" watermarks on invoices I get from my satellite internet distributor? It also says, "Evaluating unlicensed PDF feature. Click here for details. [4:0:s1:v6.0]"

And, at the bottom of the PDF is says "DynamicPDF for .NET v6.0.0.40   (Build 15526)

I'm not evaluating anything.....I'm just a satellite installer, getting .pdf invoices from my distributor, and now they have all this crap, along with the watermarks, on them. How do I stop this?

Hello Jim,

Your distributor is most likely using our software to create PDF invoices and it looks like they have not licensed our software correctly. Please notify your distributor about this issue. This is something they have to fix on their end.

Hi,
I work in a firm as a developer where the ceTe.DynamicPDF.20  is used to create the documents.
Until now everything was fine, all the licensing was done correctly and the document was also generating without the watermark, but recently the watermark is displaying in random docs and if you generate the same doc again the watermark disappears.
I am currently working to resolve the issue but have no clue as to what is causing the issue.
Had it been the licensing problem, Watermark would show for all the docs and every time.

Just wanted to check If you guys came across this issue or have any idea how to resolve it.
Any guidance is much appreciated.

Can you please send over the following details to support@cete.com so we can look into it further?

1.        DynamicPDF product serial number of the license key added to the application.
2.        Syntax used to add the license key.
3.        Exact watermark numbers [x:x:x:x] displayed on the output PDF or the output PDF.
4.        Exact version and build number of the DynamicPDF product DLL file used in the application. You can get this information by right clicking on the DynamicPDF DLL file>>Properties>>Details tab> Product version or take a screenshot Details tab and send it over to us.

Please do not share the license key and product serial number details on forum.
