DynamicPDF CoreSuite for .NET (v6) Forum

I'm getting the following exception when trying to merge a .pdf.

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at zz93.g9.c(String A_0)
at zz93.o4.a(jo A_0)
at ceTe.DynamicPDF.Merger.Forms.PdfForm.a(hj A_0)
at ceTe.DynamicPDF.Merger.Forms.PdfForm.a(String A_0)
at ceTe.DynamicPDF.Merger.Forms.PdfFormField.get_Font()
at ceTe.DynamicPDF.Merger.Forms.PdfTextField.get_Font()
at zz93.c6.c(DocumentWriter A_0)
at ceTe.DynamicPDF.Forms.FormField.Draw(DocumentWriter writer)
at ceTe.DynamicPDF.IO.DocumentResourceList.b(DocumentWriter A_0)
at zz93.oh.u()
at ceTe.DynamicPDF.Document.Draw(Stream stream)
at ceTe.DynamicPDF.Document.Draw()

Using exactly the same code but in another server, we don't get an exception.

Could you please let me know what could be happening?

Hello Federico,

Can you please make sure that you are using the latest DynamicPDF product dll file in your application? You can download the latest DynamicPDF DLL file by logging into our CustomerArea using your DynamicPDF product serial number. Remove reference for the older DLL file and reference the latest in your application.

If you continue getting the error message then please send over the following detail to our support team so that they can look into it further.

The above exception is fixed in v7 and the fix can be downloaded from the customer area if you have a license for v7. If not, an evaluation edition of v7 that contains the fix is available here.
