Scrollbar size

Is it possible to get the horizontal and vertical controls, so I can set properties on those?  I need to make wider scrollbars for a touch interface.

If you are targeting touch screen, then the scrolling would be with swiping using your finger and not with the scrollbars.

You can only hide or display the vertical and horizontal scroll bars in the Viewer control. There is no option to set the dimensions to it.
